TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION

In case of agents this License applies to all images, sounds, scripts
and other parts of the agent, which have been created by the agent's
owner.

In case of Norns it applies only to the modifications made on the
genome compared to the original genomes published with Creatures or as
an additional nornpack by Creature Labs Ltd., Cyberlife Technology Ltd.
or by Gameware Europe Ltd.. Sprites must be licensed separately. This
terms are also valid for genomes, which are published under the terms of	
this License.

In case of sprites this License applies to all modifications made on the
images and body datas compared to the original sprites published with
Creatures or as an additional nornpack by Creature Labs Ltd., Cyberlife
Technology Ltd. or by Gameware Europe Ltd..

You may redistribute the Thing in a non-commercial way, provided that
you keep intact all the notices that refer to this License or to the
Thing and give any other recipients of the Thing a copy of this
License along with the Thing.

You also may modify the Thing and distribute this modified version under
the terms listed above. In this case you may list yourself as the new
copyright holder, but you must not change the license of the modified
Thing.

All rights owned by Creature Labs Ltd., Cyperlife Technology Ltd. or
Gameware Europe Ltd. are not touched by this License!

WARRANTY

The copyright holder may decide about the amount of warranty by
her-/himself. The amount of warranty should be added to the copyright
notices of the Thing.
